To my mind, there's hardly more glamorous a girl than Daisy Buchanan. The golden girl of F. Scott Fitzgerald's iconic love story "The Great Gatsby" is a character I would like to play if I could choose any role in the world. The 2013 Gatsby movie is actually one of my favorite movies and my ultimate guilty pleasure watch. The costumes, the set, the styling are breathtakingly beautiful and the cast perfect for the roles. In other words, it is easy to lose yourself in the glitter of Gatsby's parties and the worries of upper class.
In particular Daisy's wardrobe has become the thing of lust for me and by now the ultimate style goal. But it is not just the wardrobe but the hair and the house as well. You know the room with long white curtains? That's my idea of a perfect room. Daisy's dresses are my idea of a perfect dress and her hair the perfect cut.
Surely Daisy's character and story are a bit tragic and her life not perfect in any shape other than style but I simply cannot get over the glamour of the story. There is just something so soft, playful and fragile about Daisy yet also something so, so melancholic that you cannot help but wonder perhaps she is both the golden ray of sun shine and the shadow that casts under strees.

If you could play any character in a movie who would it be and why?
Whose film character's wardrobe you admire?
Thank you so much for reading!
